In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

To be eligible to register an account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis during your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting in your individual capacity and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of thr77 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not residing in, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly and unlawfully prohibited under local criminal statute, and you have independently verified the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by thr77 or any external responsible gambling organisation.
• You do not have an existing thr77 account, whether active, suspended, or closed. thr77 permits strictly one account per person.

thr77 reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in the suspension or permanent closure of an Account and the forfeiture of any balances held therein where permitted by applicable law.

To access the full range of thr77 Services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading in any respect.

When registering, you are required to provide at minimum: a valid username, a secure password, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Indonesia. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

You must notify thr77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised. thr77 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

thr77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal.

thr77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme for all registered Members. KYC verification is required before a Member may process their first withdrawal and may be requested again at any time at thr77's discretion, including in connection with unusually large transactions, suspicious activity patterns, or periodic compliance reviews.

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian national identity card — KTP, or valid passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (such as a bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or a utility bill).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (such as a screenshot or statement from your OVO, DANA, GoPay, or ShopeePay account).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested for enhanced verification.

thr77 will process KYC submissions within three (3) business days of receipt of all required documents. Withdrawals will remain suspended until KYC verification is successfully completed. thr77 will handle all identity documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

All Account balances on thr77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). thr77 does not apply foreign exchange conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made in IDR through supported Indonesian payment channels.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• Indonesian e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposit and withdrawal requests. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account and are subject to change with reasonable prior notice.

Deposits are typically credited to your thr77 Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation by your bank or e-wallet provider. thr77 is not responsible for delays caused by the processing times of third-party financial institutions.

Withdrawals are processed by thr77 with a target processing time of under fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet transactions and within the same business session for bank transfers during operational hours (07:00–23:00 WIB, UTC+7). Withdrawal requests submitted outside of operational hours will be queued and processed from the commencement of the next operational window. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays such as Idul Fitri or Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), or where additional verification is required.

thr77 will only process withdrawals to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified thr77 Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

thr77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Imlek (Chinese New Year), and BRI Liga 1 fixtures.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry timeframes. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• thr77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already incurred by eligible Members in good faith.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games or betting markets specified in the promotion terms. Placing bonus-funded wagers on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in the bonus being voided.

Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus hunting across multiple accounts, or exploiting game-weighting structures — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in cancellation of bonuses and potential Account suspension.

All wagers and game participation on thr77 are subject to the applicable game-specific rules published within the respective game lobbies and sports betting interfaces. By placing a wager or participating in a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

The following general rules apply across all Services:

• All bets are final once confirmed. thr77 does not accept requests to cancel or modify wagers after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except where explicitly provided in specific game rules.
• thr77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all software-based games, independently audited by internationally recognised testing laboratories. Live casino games are streamed from certified studios operated by providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or wager, thr77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to Members' Accounts. thr77 will not honour payouts resulting from software errors, display errors, or miscalculated odds.
• Odds, lines, and markets on the thr77 sportsbook — covering competitions including EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, BRI Liga 1, and the AFF Cup (Piala AFF) — are set and managed by thr77 and are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event.
• For sports betting markets, thr77 applies standard voor bola (Asian handicap) and over/under line conventions consistent with international sportsbook practice. Specific settlement rules for each market type are available in the Sportsbook Help section.
• thr77 reserves the right to limit the maximum win on any single wager, game round, or combination, as published in the game rules or displayed at the point of bet placement.

thr77 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling behaviours among all Members. We provide a suite of tools designed to assist Members in managing their gambling activity, available directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the platform for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and exclude yourself from the thr77 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of twelve (12) months.

thr77 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and does not knowingly permit minors to access the platform. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all deposits returned, subject to identity verification.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the thr77 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the platform.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage over other Members.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to evade reporting thresholds, or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Exploiting errors in software, odds, or game rules — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, miscalculated payouts, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and subject to forfeiture.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing thr77 staff, agents, or other Members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, or accessing, another Member's Account without authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise the true origin of your access to the platform.

All content on the thr77 platform — including but not limited to the thr77 brand name and logo, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, audio, video, and the overall selection and arrangement of materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of thr77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

thr77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content or software on the platform without our express prior written consent.

thr77 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

thr77 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and real-time fraud monitoring systems to protect Member data and account integrity. Notwithstanding these measures, no system is entirely immune to security breaches, and thr77 cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, thr77, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or Services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial losses resulting from wagering activity.

thr77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or connected to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude thr77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. thr77 does not warrant that the platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Members in advance where practicable.

thr77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or discovery of ineligibility.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, thr77 may withhold and forfeit any balance in the Account (including both real-money funds and bonus funds) to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach — such as upon voluntary closure request by the Member — any verified positive balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting thr77 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. You remain responsible for all activity on your Account up to the point of closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which thr77 is licensed and regulated internationally.

thr77 operates under internationally recognised licensing and regulatory standards. The platform is intended for use by residents of Indonesia who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2. By accessing and using the platform, you acknowledge that you have independently assessed and are satisfied with the legal framework applicable to your use of the Services from your location.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with thr77 customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

thr77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, thr77 will notify registered Members by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the thr77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
